Fans at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Plainfield North Tigers (Plainfield, IL) and the host St. Francis Spartans (Wheaton, IL), saw Plainfield North's soccer squad triumph over St. Francis by a count of 7-2.
The Tigers (2-0) will now prepare for their battle against Naperville Central (Naperville, IL). The Redhawks enter the non-league battle with a 1-0 record. In their last battle, Naperville Central Bartlett (Bartlett, IL), 1-1, in a non-league battle.
