The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the Chaparral Wolverines (Parker, CO) and the visiting Smoky Hill Buffaloes (Aurora, CO), observed Chaparral's softball team prevail over Smoky Hill by a tally of 19-0.

The Wolverines (3-7) will now prepare for their bout against Cherry Creek (Greenwood Village, CO). The Bruins go into the non-league bout with a 5-3 record. In their last bout, Cherry Creek knocked off Rock Canyon (Highlands Ranch, CO), 7-4, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Buffaloes clash with the Regis Jesuit Raiders (Aurora, CO) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, September 4. Smoky Hill will attempt to advance on its 1-7 season record. The Raiders go into the bout with a 0-6 record after their 11-1 non-league loss to Eaglecrest (Centennial, CO).
