In Tuesday's league match, the visiting Jordan Red Jackets softball team scored a nice 21-2 victory over the Spencer Greenwave.

The Red Jackets (1-4) will now prepare for their match against Hardaway (Columbus, GA). The Hawks go into the 2A Region 1 match with a 6-5 record. In their last match, Hardaway was routed by Sumter County (Americus, GA), 19-5, in a league match.

In their next game, the Greenwave battle the Sumter County Panthers (Americus, GA) in a 2A Region 1 match, on Tuesday, September 10. Spencer will attempt to better on its 2-6 season record. The Panthers go into the match with a 7-5 record after their 17-0 league win over Kendrick (Columbus, GA).
