In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the host Andes Central/Dakota Christian volleyball team scored a close 3-2 victory over the Bon Homme Cavaliers.
The (3-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Avon (Avon, SD). The Pirates enter the B Region 5 challenge with a 0-4 record. In their last challenge, Avon was tipped by Parkston (Parkston, SD), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Cavaliers meet the Mt. Vernon/Plankinton Titans (Mt. Vernon, SD) in a A Region 5 challenge, on Thursday, September 5. Bon Homme will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Titans enter the challenge with a 2-1 record after their 3-0 league win over Wagner (Wagner, SD).
