St. Croix Central Panthers (Hammond, WI) boosters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad nudge the visiting Luther Knights (Onalaska, WI), 2-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, St. Croix Central improves its record to 6-3 on the season. The Panthers travel to Rice Lake (Rice Lake, WI) to encounter the Warriors in a non-league test on Tuesday, September 10. The Warriors go into the test with a record of 7-1.
The Knights now own a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Arcadia for a Coulee test on Thursday, September 5. Luther will encounter a Raiders squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Hillsboro (Hillsboro, WI). The Raiders record now stands at 2-4.
