In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the host Lyman Raiders volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the White River Tigers.

The Raiders (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Gregory (Gregory, SD). The Gorillas come into the B Region 5 challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Gregory was beaten by Kimball/White Lake (Kimball, SD), 3-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Tigers meet the New Underwood Tigers (New Underwood, SD) in a B Region 7 challenge, on Thursday, September 5. White River will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 1-4 record after their 3-0 league loss to Bennett County (Martin, SD).
