Nebraska High School Volleyball - Minden over McCook

Fans at Tuesday's non-league contest between the Minden Whippets (Minden, NE) and the host McCook Bison (McCook, NE), observed Minden's volleyball team top McCook by a count of 2-0.

The Whippets (6-0) will now prepare for their contest against Chase County (Imperial, NE). The Longhorns enter the non-league contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, Chase County notched a victory over Ogallala (Ogallala, NE), 3-1, in a league contest.

Next, the Bison meet the Ogallala Indians (Ogallala, NE) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, September 10. McCook will attempt to move on its 1-2 season record. The Indians enter the contest with a 2-1 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Sidney (Sidney, NE).
