North Carolina High School Volleyball - Trinity Academy over St. Mary's

Fans at Tuesday's non-league contest between the Trinity Academy Tigers (Raleigh, NC) and the visiting St. Mary's Saints (Raleigh, NC), observed Trinity Academy's volleyball team top St. Mary's by a tally of 3-0.

The Tigers (3-1) will now prepare for their contest against Thales Academy Rolesville (Rolesville, NC). The Knights enter the non-league contest with a 5-4 record. In their last contest, Thales Academy Rolesville was beaten by Neuse Christian Academy (Raleigh, NC), 3-1, in a league contest.

Next, the Saints meet the Charlotte Latin Hawks (Charlotte, NC) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, September 7. St. Mary's will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Hawks enter the contest with a 8-1 record after their 3-1 league win over Cannon (Concord, NC).
