In Wednesday's non-league test, the host Sonora Wildcats volleyball squad scored a 2-0 win over the Manteca Buffaloes.

With the win, Sonora improves its record to 3-1 on the season. The Wildcats host Escalon (Escalon, CA) to face the Cougars in a test on Tuesday, September 9. The Cougars go into the test with a record of 2-2. Escalon lost 2-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Turlock (Turlock, CA)

Next, the Buffaloes play the Patterson Tigers (Patterson, CA) in a challenge, on Thursday, September 4. Manteca will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Denair (Denair, CA).
