The Buffalo Grove Bison (Buffalo Grove, IL) flag football defeated the visiting Jacobs Golden Eagles (Algonquin, IL), 30-18 in Wednesday's non-league contest.

The Bison (1-4) will now prepare for their contest against Schaumburg (Schaumburg, IL). The Saxons enter the contest with a 3-0 record. In their last contest, Schaumburg gained a win over Prospect (Mt. Prospect, IL), 21-0, in a league contest.

Coming up next, the Golden Eagles battle the Dundee-Crown Chargers (Carpentersville, IL) in a contest, on Thursday, September 4. Jacobs will attempt to advance on its 0-4 season record. The Chargers go into the bout with a 4-0 record after their 33-12 non-league win over Elgin (Elgin, IL).
