With the triumph, Catholic Central moves its record to 4-1 on the campaign. The Crusaders host United (Hanoverton, OH) to clash with the Golden Eagles in a non-league test on Saturday, September 6. The Golden Eagles come into the test with a record of 4-3. United won 6-2 in their recent non-league test against Crestview (Columbiana, OH)

The Cadets now sport a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they host East Fairmont for a non-league test on Saturday, September 6. The Linsly School will clash with a Bees team coming off a 12-0 non-league win over Philip Barbour (Philippi, WV). The Bees record now stands at 4-0.
