St. John's Catholic Prep will attempt to improve on its 2-0 season record. The Little Hoyas enter the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 50-20 non-league loss to Pallotti (Laurel, MD).

With the defeat, John Carroll drops to 1-1 on the campaign. The Patriots host Archbishop Spalding (Severn, MD) to clash with the Cavaliers in a non-league outing on Thursday, September 11. The Cavaliers come into the outing with a record of 1-1. Archbishop Spalding won 28-21 in their recent non-league outing against DeMatha (Hyattsville, MD)
