In Wednesday's non-league test, the host Agawam Brownies soccer team scored a close 5-1 triumph over the West Springfield Terriers.
With the triumph, Agawam advances its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Brownies travel to Amherst-Pelham Regional (Amherst, MA) to clash with the Hurricanes in a non-league test on Friday, September 5. The Hurricanes come into the test with a record of 0-0.
The Terriers now have a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Pope Francis Prep for a non-league test on Friday, September 5.
