Mooresville Pioneers (Mooresville, IN) fans went home in high spirits Wednesday as they observed their soccer squad knock off the host Eastern Greene Thunderbirds (Bloomfield, IN), 3-0 in a non-league outing.

The Pioneers (1-0) will now prepare for their outing against Plainfield (Plainfield, IN). The Quakers go into the outing with a 3-2 record. In their last outing, Plainfield by Lawrence North (Indianapolis, IN), 3-0, in a non-league outing.

Next up, the Thunderbirds confront the Trinity Lutheran Cougars (Seymour, IN) in a non-league outing, on Monday, September 8. Eastern Greene will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record.
