Watauga Pioneers (Boone, NC) backers exited the stadium pleased Wednesday as they witnessed their volleyball team run past the host A.L. Brown Wonders (Kannapolis, NC), 2-0 in a non-league outing.

The Pioneers now have a 8-0 record. They play next when they travel to Hickory Christian Academy for a non-league outing on Thursday, September 4.

With the loss, A.L. Brown drops to 5-3 on the campaign. The Wonders travel to Central Cabarrus (Concord, NC) to play the Vikings in a non-league outing on Thursday, September 4. The Vikings come into the outing with a record of 1-3. Central Cabarrus won 2-0 in their recent non-league game against Cox Mill (Concord, NC)
