With the triumph, Cumberland moves its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Clippers travel to East Providence (East Providence, RI) to meet the Townies in a Division 1 match on Tuesday, September 9. The Townies come into the match with a record of 3-0.
The Huskies now sport a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they host Scituate for a non-league match on Friday, September 5. Mt. Hope will meet a Spartans team coming off a 8-0 league win over West Warwick (West Warwick, RI). The Spartans record now stands at 2-0.
