The Denver Christian Thunder soccer squad scored 3 points and held the visiting Dawson School Mustangs to 0 in the Thunder non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Thunder now hold a 4-0 record. They play next when they travel to Englewood for a non-league game on Tuesday, September 9. Denver Christian will face a Pirates team coming off a 1-0 non-league loss to SkyView Academy (Highlands Ranch, CO). The Pirates record now stands at 1-2.
The Mustangs (1-1) will now prepare for their game against Windsor Charter Academy (Windsor, CO). The Firebirds enter the non-league game with a 0-1 record. In their last game, Windsor Charter Academy by Rocky Mountain Prep SMART (Denver, CO), 5-0, in a non-league game.
