With the triumph, Waterloo moves its record to 4-0 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Father McGivney Catholic (Glen Carbon, IL) to confront the Griffins in a non-league outing on Thursday, September 4. The Griffins go into the outing with a record of 3-1. Father McGivney Catholic lost 2-0 in their recent non-league outing against Triad (Troy, IL)

Next up, the Midgets confront the Marquette Catholic Explorers (Alton, IL) in a non-league test, on Saturday, September 6. Freeburg will attempt to move on its 1-3 season record. The Explorers come into the test with a 2-1 record after their 10-0 non-league win over Gibault Catholic (Waterloo, IL).
