The Hornets (2-4) will now prepare for their outing against Cary-Grove (Cary, IL). The Trojans go into the non-league outing with a 1-3 record. In their last outing, Cary-Grove Grant Community (Fox Lake, IL), 2-2, in a non-league outing.

Next up, the Bulldogs confront the Vernon Hills Cougars (Vernon Hills, IL) in a non-league test, on Thursday, September 4. Grant Community will attempt to move on its 1-3 season record. The Cougars come into the test with a 1-2 record after their 1-0 non-league win over Cary-Grove (Cary, IL).
