Fans at Wednesday's league battle between the Penn Kingsmen (Mishawaka, IN) and the host South Bend Riley Wildcats (South Bend, IN), saw Penn's soccer squad triumph over South Bend Riley by a score of 8-0.
The Kingsmen (6-1) will now prepare for their test against Warsaw (Warsaw, IN). The Tigers come into the non-league test with a 3-2 record. In their last test, Warsaw was overwhelmed by Concord (Elkhart, IN), 3-2, in a league test.
The Wildcats now sport a 1-4 record. They take the field next when they host Elkhart for a Northern Indiana Soccer Conf test on Tuesday, September 9. South Bend Riley will clash with a Lions team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Northridge (Middlebury, IN). The Lions record now stands at 6-2.
