The Knights now hold a 6-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Pekin for a non-league game on Thursday, September 4. Richwoods will face a Dragons team coming off a 9-0 league loss to Dunlap (Dunlap, IL). The Dragons record now stands at 0-4.

The Chargers (5-1) will now prepare for their game against Bradley-Bourbonnais (Bradley, IL). The Boilermakers enter the non-league game with a 4-2 record. In their last game, Bradley-Bourbonnais nudged Bishop McNamara (Kankakee, IL), 9-0, in a non-league bout.
