In Wednesday's non-league outing, the host South Johnston Trojans soccer team scored a close 2-0 triumph over the Princeton Bulldogs.
With the triumph, South Johnston advances its record to 2-2 on the year. The Trojans host South Central (Winterville, NC) to play the Falcons in a non-league outing on Monday, September 8. The Falcons go into the outing with a record of 0-4. South Central lost 5-1 in their recent non-league outing against Fike (Wilson, NC)
Next up, the Bulldogs play the Midway Raiders (Dunn, NC) in a Swine Valley 2A/3A outing, on Monday, September 15. Princeton will attempt to improve on its 6-1 season record.
