In Wednesday's non-league contest, the Wooster Colts (Reno, NV) soccer team edged the host Reed Raiders (Sparks, NV), by a count of 3-2.
Next, the Colts battle the Carson Senators (Carson City, NV) in a 5A Northern - Sierra contest, on Monday, September 8. Wooster will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record.
The Raiders (2-3) will now prepare for their contest against Spanish Springs (Sparks, NV). The Cougars go into the 5A Northern - High Desert challenge with a 6-1 record. In their last challenge, Spanish Springs nudged Galena (Reno, NV), 2-1, in a non-league challenge.
