The Helias Crusaders softball team scored 14 runs and held the visiting Sullivan Eagles to 0 in the Crusaders non-league win on Wednesday.

The Crusaders now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Jefferson City for a non-league battle on Wednesday, September 10.

With the loss, Sullivan moves to 0-2 on the season. The Eagles host Lutheran South (St. Louis, MO) to confront the Lancers in a non-league battle on Monday, September 8. The Lancers come into the battle with a record of 0-1. Lutheran South lost 10-0 in their recent non-league test against Oakville (St. Louis, MO)
