The Mullen Mustangs volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Regis Jesuit Raiders to 0 in the Mustangs non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Mustangs now have a 6-1 record. They play next when they travel to Lutheran for a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 9. Mullen will play a Lions team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Grandview (Aurora, CO). The Lions record now stands at 5-1.

The Raiders (2-5) will now prepare for their game against Mountain Vista (Highlands Ranch, CO). The Golden Eagles go into the 5A Continental game with a 3-2 record. In their last outing, Mountain Vista defeated Columbine (Littleton, CO), 3-1, in a non-league outing.
