Rowland Raiders (Rowland Heights, CA) boosters left the game thrilled Wednesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Sierra Vista Dons (Baldwin Park, CA), 3-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Raiders (3-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Calvary Baptist (La Verne, CA). The Cougars come into the non-league challenge with a 12-0 record. In their last test, Calvary Baptist gained a win over The Grove School (Redlands, CA), 3-1, in a league test.

The Dons now sport a 5-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to El Monte for a non-league test on Thursday, September 4. Sierra Vista will face a Lions squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to San Gabriel (San Gabriel, CA). The Lions record now stands at 2-3.
