The White Castle Bulldogs football team (White Castle, LA), was tipped 20-13 in Thursday's non-league challenge with the host Port Allen Pelicans (Port Allen, LA)
The Pelicans (3-2) will now prepare for their challenge against East Feliciana (Jackson, LA). The Tigers come into the 2A District 8 challenge with a 2-2 record. In their last challenge, East Feliciana nipped East Iberville (St. Gabriel, LA), 38-0, in a non-league challenge.
The Bulldogs now sport a 0-5 record. They take the field next when they host Ascension Catholic for a 1A District 7 challenge on Friday, October 8. White Castle will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Thrive Academy (Baton Rouge, LA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 3-1.
