The Amory Panthers football team (Amory, MS), was knocked off 31-10 in Friday's league challenge with the visiting Aberdeen Bulldogs (Aberdeen, MS)
The Bulldogs (5-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Nettleton (Nettleton, MS). The Tigers come into the 3A Region 4 challenge with a 5-1 record. In their last challenge, Nettleton knocked off Senatobia (Senatobia, MS), 42-41, in a non-league challenge.
The Panthers now sport a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hatley for a 3A Region 4 challenge on Friday, October 7. Amory will meet a Tigers team coming off a 63-0 league loss to Noxubee County (Macon, MS). The Tigers record now stands at 2-4.
