The Bushnell-Prairie City Spartans football team (Bushnell, IL), was ripped 48-6 in Friday's league challenge with the visiting Polo Marcos (Polo, IL)
The Marcos (4-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Belmont (Belmont, WI). The Braves come into the non-league challenge with a 5-1 record. In their last challenge, Belmont trounced North Crawford (Soldiers Grove, WI), 57-12, in a league challenge.
The Spartans now sport a 2-4 record. They take the field next when they host Amboy/LaMoille/Ohio for a 8-Man North 2 (8 Man) challenge on Saturday, October 8. Bushnell-Prairie City will meet a team coming off a 26-12 non-league win over Hiawatha (Kirkland, IL). The record now stands at 5-1.
