The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Quapaw Wildcats (Quapaw, OK) and the visiting Commerce Tigers (Commerce, OK), observed Quapaw's football squad thwart Commerce by a count of 36-13.

The Wildcats now own a 4-1 record. They play next when they travel to Fairland for a A District 7 contest on Friday, October 7. Quapaw will play a Owls squad coming off a 43-14 league win over Hulbert (Hulbert, OK). The Owls record now stands at 4-1.

Coming up next, the Tigers play the Colcord Hornets (Colcord, OK) in a A District 7 contest, on Friday, October 7. Commerce will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Hornets go into the contest with a 5-0 record after their 46-7 league win over Ketchum (Ketchum, OK).
