The Plainview Indians thwarted the visiting Dickson Comets football team by a count of 34-12 in Friday's league outing.

With the win, Plainview upgrades its record to 4-1 on the season. The Indians travel to Lone Grove (Lone Grove, OK) to confront the Longhorns in a 3A District 2 outing on Friday, October 7. The Longhorns go into the outing with a record of 4-1. Lone Grove won 41-21 in their recent league outing against Marlow (Marlow, OK)
