The Trimble Tomcats football team (Glouster, OH), was knocked off 27-14 in Friday's league challenge with the host Eastern Eagles (Reedsville, OH)
The Eagles (5-2) will now prepare for their challenge against South Gallia (Crown City, OH). The Rebels come into the Tri-Valley - Hocking challenge with a 4-3 record. In their last challenge, South Gallia was knocked off by Waterford (Waterford, OH), 47-0, in a league challenge.
The Tomcats now sport a 1-6 record. They take the field next when they host Belpre for a Tri-Valley - Hocking challenge on Friday, October 7. Trimble will meet a Golden Eagles team coming off a 50-0 league loss to Southern (Racine, OH). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 0-6.
