Pennsylvania High School Football - Girard drops to Fort LeBoeuf

In Friday's league game, the Fort LeBoeuf Bison (Waterford, PA) football team knocked off the host Girard Yellowjackets (Girard, PA), by a final score of 36-7.

The Bison (5-1) will now prepare for their game against Harbor Creek (Harborcreek, PA). The Huskies come into the non-league game with a 2-4 record. In their last game, Harbor Creek was dropped by General McLane (Edinboro, PA), 35-14, in a league game.

The Yellowjackets now hold a 1-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Fairview for a District 10 Region 4 game on Friday, October 7. Girard will battle a Tigers team coming off a 28-27 league loss to Corry (Corry, PA). The Tigers record now stands at 3-3.
