Michigan High School Football - Lawton trounces Galesburg-Augusta

September 30, 2022: Lawton, MI 49065

In Friday's league match, the host Lawton Blue Devils football squad scored a big 48-12 victory over the Galesburg-Augusta Rams.

In their next game, the Blue Devils clash with the Schoolcraft Eagles (Schoolcraft, MI) in a Southwestern - Valley match, on Saturday, October 8. Lawton will attempt to move on its 5-1 season record. The Eagles enter the match with a 4-2 record after their 16-12 non-league loss to Muskegon Catholic Central (Muskegon, MI).

The Rams (1-5) will now prepare for their match against Saugatuck (Saugatuck, MI). The Trailblazers enter the Southwestern - Valley match with a 2-4 record. In their last match, Saugatuck was crushed by Kellogg (Delton, MI), 35-10, in a league match.
