Maryland High School Football - High Point routs Northwestern

The High Point Eagles football squad scored 32 points and restricted the host Northwestern Wildcats to 0 in the Eagles league victory on Friday.

The Eagles now possess a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Oxon Hill for a Prince George's County 4A/3A battle on Friday, October 7. High Point will play a Clippers squad coming off a 15-14 league loss to DuVal (Lanham, MD). The Clippers record now stands at 2-3.

Coming up next, the Wildcats play the Suitland Rams (Forestville, MD) in a Prince George's County 4A/3A battle, on Friday, October 7. Northwestern will attempt to advance on its 0-5 season record. The Rams enter the battle with a 2-3 record after their 13-12 league loss to Eleanor Roosevelt (Greenbelt, MD).
