Westhampton Beach Hurricanes (Westhampton Beach, NY) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team gain a win over the visiting Islip Buccaneers (Islip, NY), 34-13 in a league test.

With the triumph, Westhampton Beach improves its record to 4-0 on the campaign. The Hurricanes host East Islip (Islip Terrace, NY) to confront the Redmen in a Section 11 Division III test on Friday, October 7. The Redmen come into the test with a record of 3-1. East Islip won 48-20 in their recent league test against Deer Park (Deer Park, NY)

With the loss, Islip drops to 1-3 on the campaign. The Buccaneers host Sayville (Sayville, NY) to confront the Golden Flashes in a Section 11 Division III test on Friday, October 7. The Golden Flashes come into the test with a record of 4-0. Sayville won 42-7 in their recent league test against Comsewogue (Port Jefferson Station, NY)
