    • Texas High School Football - Klondike overwhelms O'Donnell

    September 30, 2022: Lamesa, TX 79331

    The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the Klondike Cougars (Lamesa, TX) and the visiting O'Donnell Eagles (O'Donnell, TX), observed Klondike's football squad bounce O'Donnell by a count of 55-6.

    The Cougars now own a 3-3 record. They play next when they travel to Southland for a 1A 6 Man 2 Region I District 4 (6 Man) contest on Friday, October 7. Klondike will play a Eagles squad coming off a 77-74 non-league win over Lazbuddie (Lazbuddie, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 3-2.

    Coming up next, the Eagles play the Loraine Bulldogs (Loraine, TX) in a non-league contest, on Friday, October 7. O'Donnell will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record. The Bulldogs go into the contest with a 5-1 record after their 61-30 non-league loss to Benjamin (Benjamin, TX).
