The Weeping Water Indians walloped the visiting Mead Raiders football team by a count of 64-22 in Friday's league outing.

With the win, Weeping Water upgrades its record to 3-3 on the season. The Indians travel to Elmwood-Murdock (Murdock, NE) to confront the Knights in a D1 District 1 (8 Man) outing on Friday, October 7. The Knights go into the outing with a record of 5-1. Elmwood-Murdock won 65-30 in their recent league outing against Conestoga (Murray, NE)

With the loss, Mead moves to 2-4 on the season. The Raiders host Omaha Christian Academy (Omaha, NE) to confront the Eagles in a D1 District 1 (8 Man) outing on Friday, October 7. The Eagles go into the outing with a record of 1-5. Omaha Christian Academy lost 70-30 in their recent league outing against Brownell Talbot (Omaha, NE)
