The Goretti Gael soccer team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Glenelg Country Dragons to 2 in the Gael non-league victory on Friday.
Next, the Gael face the Mercersburg Academy Blue Storm (Mercersburg, PA) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, October 5. Goretti will attempt to better on its 8-2 season record. The Blue Storm enter the contest with a 2-5 record after their 4-1 non-league loss to Jefferson (Shenandoah Junction, WV).
The Dragons now have a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they host Severn School for a IAAM B - X contest on Tuesday, October 11.
