The Jones County Greyhounds softball team scored 12 runs and limited the host Loganville Red Devils to 2 in the Greyhounds non-league triumph on Friday.

With the triumph, Jones County improves its record to 12-8 on the year. The Greyhounds travel to Parkview (Lilburn, GA) to clash with the Panthers in a non-league game on Saturday, October 1. The Panthers come into the game with a record of 15-8. Parkview won 5-2 in their recent non-league game against East Coweta (Sharpsburg, GA)

In their next game, the Red Devils clash with the Eagle's Landing Christian Academy Chargers (McDonough, GA) in a non-league game, on Friday, September 30. Loganville will attempt to improve on its 18-5 season record. The Chargers come into the game with a 16-4 record after their 15-0 league win over Redan (Stone Mountain, GA).
