The Benbrook Bobcats topped the host Carter-Riverside Eagles volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Friday's league test.

The Bobcats now have a 17-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host North Central Texas Academy for a non-league test on Tuesday, October 4. Benbrook will confront a Pioneers team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Western Hills (Fort Worth, TX). The Pioneers record now stands at 17-9.

The Eagles (11-13) will now prepare for their test against Dunbar (Fort Worth, TX). The Wildcats enter the 4A Region II District 9 test with a 5-5 record. In their last test, Dunbar gained a win over Sunrise Mountain (Peoria, AZ), 2-0, in a non-league test.
