The Chico Panthers volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Southwest EC Eagles to 0 in the Panthers non-league victory on Friday.

The Panthers now have a 13-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Norco for a non-league game on Friday, September 30. Chico will meet a Cougars team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Santiago (Corona, CA). The Cougars record now stands at 12-11.

The Eagles (6-14) will now prepare for their game against Dobson (Mesa, AZ). The Mustangs enter the non-league game with a 4-13 record. In their last game, Dobson dropped by Westwood (Mesa, AZ), 3-0, in a league game.
