Colorado High School Volleyball - Elbert over Miami-Yoder

In Friday's league contest, the Elbert Bulldogs (Elbert, CO) volleyball squad knocked off the visiting Miami-Yoder Buffaloes (Rush, CO), by a margin of 3-0.

Next up, the Bulldogs battle the Colorado School for the Deaf Blind Bulldogs (Colorado Springs, CO) in a 1A Black Forest contest, on Tuesday, October 4. Elbert will attempt to better on its 3-10 season record. The Bulldogs come into the contest with a 0-2 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Fountain Valley (Colorado Springs, CO).

With the loss, Miami-Yoder drops to 1-9 on the campaign. The Buffaloes travel to Mountain Valley (Saguache, CO) to battle the Indians in a non-league contest on Saturday, October 1. The Indians come into the contest with a record of 0-8. Mountain Valley lost 3-0 in their recent league contest against Sierra Grande (Blanca, CO)
