The Trinity Blazers volleyball team (River Forest, IL), was nudged 2-1 in Friday's non-league challenge with the host Reavis Rams (Burbank, IL)
The Rams (12-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Chicago University (Chicago, IL). The Maroons enter the non-league challenge with a 14-2 record. In their last challenge, Chicago University nipped Woodlands Academy (Lake Forest, IL), 2-0, in a league challenge.
Next, the Blazers meet the Shepard Astros (Palos Heights, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, October 1. Trinity will attempt to move on its 6-14 season record. The Astros enter the challenge with a 10-11 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Berwyn/Cicero Morton (Cicero, IL).
