Pennsylvania High School Football - North Pocono routed by Delaware Valley

In Saturday's league game, the Delaware Valley Warriors (Milford, PA) football team smashed the visiting North Pocono Trojans (Covington Township, PA), by a score of 42-0.

The Warriors (3-3) will now prepare for their game against Wilkes-Barre (Wilkes-Barre, PA). The come into the non-league game with a 4-2 record. In their last game, Wilkes-Barre overwhelmed Crestwood (Mountain Top, PA), 34-14, in a league game.

The Trojans now sport a 2-4 record. They take the field next when they host Wallenpaupack Area for a Lackawanna 1 game on Friday, October 6. North Pocono will meet a Buckhorns team coming off a 37-3 league loss to Scranton Prep (Scranton, PA). The Buckhorns record now stands at 2-4.
