The Kane Wolves football team (Kane, PA), was ripped 41-7 in Saturday's league challenge with the host Port Allegany Gators (Port Allegany, PA)

The Gators (5-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Union/Allegheny-Clarion Valley (Rimersburg, PA). The come into the District 9 Region 2 challenge with a 3-3 record. In their last challenge, Union/Allegheny-Clarion Valley was ripped by Redbank Valley (New Bethlehem, PA), 50-6, in a league challenge.

The Wolves now sport a 0-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Redbank Valley for a District 9 Region 2 challenge on Friday, October 6. Kane will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 50-6 league win over Union/Allegheny-Clarion Valley (Rimersburg, PA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 6-0.
