The Salisbury School Crimson Knights held off the visiting Phillips Academy Big Blue football team by a final score of 35-28 in Saturday's league outing.
With the win, Salisbury School improves its record to 2-1 on the season. The Crimson Knights host Williston Northampton (Easthampton, MA) to confront the Wildcats in a Northeast Prep outing on Saturday, October 7. The Wildcats go into the outing with a record of 2-1. Williston Northampton won 35-8 in their recent non-league game against Hotchkiss School (Lakeville, CT)
The Big Blue now hold a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they host Kent School for a non-league game on Saturday, October 7. Phillips Academy will battle a Lions team coming off a 57-8 league loss to Choate Rosemary Hall School (Wallingford, CT). The Lions record now stands at 0-3.
