Lamoille Lancers (Hyde Park, VT) fans were thrilled Saturday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Peoples Academy Wolves (Morrisville, VT), 3-1 in a league challenge.

Next, the Lancers confront the North Country Union Falcons (Newport, VT) in a Capital challenge, on Tuesday, October 3. Lamoille will attempt to better on its 2-5 season record. The Falcons enter the challenge with a 3-4 record after their 8-0 league win over Montpelier (Montpelier, VT).

The Wolves now have a 1-6 record. They take the field next when they host U-32 for a Capital challenge on Tuesday, October 3. Peoples Academy will confront a Raiders team coming off a 1-0 league win over Spaulding (Barre, VT). The Raiders record now stands at 7-0.
