The Amboy Clippers volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Somonauk Bobcats to 1 in the Clippers non-league victory on Saturday.

The Clippers now possess a 8-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Eastland for a game on Tuesday, October 3. Amboy will meet a Cougars team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Amboy (Amboy, IL). The Cougars record now stands at 0-1.

The Bobcats (1-2) will now prepare for their game against Illinois Math & Science Academy (Aurora, IL). The Titans enter the game with a 2-6 record.
