Illinois High School Volleyball - Pecatonica can't hold off Byron

In Saturday's non-league battle, the host Byron Tigers volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the Pecatonica Indians.
The Tigers (1-1) will now prepare for their battle against North Boone (Poplar Grove, IL). The Vikings come into the battle with a 17-7 record. In their last battle, North Boone nudged Rock Falls (Rock Falls, IL), 2-1, in a league battle.
Next, the Indians encounter the Dakota Indians (Dakota, IL) in a battle, on Tuesday, October 3. Pecatonica will attempt to move on its 13-7 season record. The Indians come into the battle with a 1-3 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Amboy (Amboy, IL).
